Who We Are
At the outset, Spotlight Labs was a professional services company, providing key personnel for critical positions within the DoD ecosystem both domestically and abroad. In 2008, they pivoted to technological innovation, rapidly providing critical capabilities for the Special Operations Command. Spotlight’s expertise as a company is in sensors, data management and tactical datalinks. Many of their employees and consultants are current military operators or veterans, bringing an added level of experience and intimate knowledge of the subject area. Since 2016, Spotlight has been developing sensors and systems to monitor and assess pilot performance during flight.

Spotlight Labs has exceled using the Innovate – Validate – Iterate method to design, test and field state-of-the-art devices which characterize human performance during high-performance flight in fighter aircraft.
